Cancellation Policy
To book a consultation, please submit the intake form with all required information. Booking: Once submitted, we will review your request and contact you to schedule a suitable time. Cancellation / Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation. Waitlist: If your preferred time slot is unavailable, we will place you on a waitlist and notify you as soon as a slot opens. Fees: Consultation fees are credited toward the project cost if you choose to proceed with a project. Otherwise it is not refundable Data Use: Submitted information will be used to respond to your inquiry, stored for 12 months for internal/statistical purposes, and will not be used for newsletters.
